1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Carded (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ross Wolpert & Aaron Levin ("Carded," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 13 years of age to use Carded. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Generated Content
Carded allows you to post content including round notes, photos, captions, ratings, and comments ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you: • Grant Ross Wolpert & Aaron Levin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App • Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content • Agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You retain all rights to content you create and post.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory • Impersonate any person or entity • Post false or misleading information • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account. To help maintain a safe community, users can report or block other users and content directly within the App. We review reports and may take action including content removal or account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content created by Ross Wolpert & Aaron Levin, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission. The Carded name, logo, and icon are trademarks of Ross Wolpert & Aaron Levin. All rights reserved.
6. Course Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews posted on Carded represent the personal opinions of individual users and do not reflect the views of Ross Wolpert & Aaron Levin. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted ratings or reviews. Golf courses and venues listed on the App are not affiliated with or endorsed by Ross Wolpert & Aaron Levin unless explicitly stated.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Privacy → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ross Wolpert & Aaron Levin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
