Round Data: Information you provide when logging rounds, including course name, date played, score, ratings, notes, and who you played with. Photos: Images you upload to the App in connection with your rounds or posts. Social Data: Information about your followers, following, likes, comments, and posts. Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers. Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including features accessed and time spent.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances: With Other Users: Your profile, posts, ratings, and activity may be visible to other Carded users based on your privacy settings. With Golf Courses: Aggregated, anonymized data about course ratings and visits may be shared with golf courses on the platform. Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the App, including Firebase (Google) for data storage and authentication. Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Ross Wolpert & Aaron Levin and its users.
5. Your Privacy Controls
You have control over your privacy settings in the App: • Switch to a private account so only approved followers can see your posts and rankings • Make your course rankings visible only to you, regardless of your followers • Choose which rounds to share to your social feed • Block other users to prevent them from viewing your profile or interacting with your content • Report posts or users that violate our community standards • Delete individual rounds or your entire account at any time You can manage these settings in Profile → Privacy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Carded is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
9. Third Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies: • Firebase (Google) — for authentication, data storage, and analytics • Golf Course API — for course data and information We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
